A Modern Arabian Dream
As you fly into Abu Dhabi International Airport, it’s probably good to know that the vast array of streets with multiple names is best negotiated by landmarks rather than exact addresses. And you won’t be short of landmarks since this fast-growing metropolis is packed with tourist attractions.
The Sheikh Zayed Mosque is the 6th largest mosque in the world and is already open, nearing completion. Most buildings and public areas are on this grand scale, such as the 123 metre flagpole on Marina Island or the extensive Khalifa Park which, amongst other attractions, has its own train.
Along the aquamarine waters of the Persian Gulf lies the remarkable waterfront of Corniche, which offers a walkway along its entire 6 km. From here the modern Arabian skyline can be taken in and by night the scene is illuminated, creating an even more glorious spectacle.
However, shopping is really where it’s at in Abu Dhabi. Malls such as the Marina, Abu Dhabi and Al Wahda Malls provide a multitude of goods, endless boutique options and plentiful food halls. really clean, green and comfortable city everything is made for people - we used buses a lot, most of the bus stops are equipped with air conditioned, buses are always on time there are a lot of bike roads I highly recommend to visit Louvre - it's truly amazing museum For shopping I could recommend Marina Mall and The Galleria Al Maryah Island great spot for photos - near the Abu Dhabi Theatre, The Founder’s Memorial (the place itself really beautiful and it also have a great view on Etihad Towers)

I visited the Grand Mosque as always and did so a couple of times. I spent my time with someone dear to me and I did not go to all the major attractions. For the most part, I went to Corniche and Soul Beach during the day, sometimes at the mall in the afternoon, I even bought a couple of things on sale when at the Galleria Mall. I went to a couple of great places such as Bentley Kitchen (Galleria Mall), Asia Asia (Yas Bay). A shoutout to Crunch and Munch restaurant for all the times I went at them for lunch. The staff at the hotel from the receptionist who upgraded our room to a suit( Lovelis) on check in, house keepers, concierge, restaurant and water park staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful and great with the kids.
